In a quickly changing world, rare is the occasion where a child is left to unwind and unplug. Summer Camp is a place of refuge for children to be outdoors, play, and disconnect from their usual surroundings. AMAA Summer Camps expand opportunities for campers to learn, grow and thrive through interactive activities and participation in sports, art and music activities, and spiritual reflection. Led by counselors who become role models and mentors, campers are encouraged to explore, learn, make new friends, and be active in a safe environment. 

Through the generosity of AMAA donors, the AMAA operates the overnight Camp Sheen-Shoghig in Hankavan and 25 regional day camps in Armenia & Artsakh. Thousands of underprivileged children and teens are provided the opportunity to enjoy meaningful experiences which will last them a lifetime.
