On the occasion of his assumption of the Office of the President of the Republic of  Armenia we would like to extend to His Excellency, Dr. Armen Sarkissian, our warm greetings and congratulations.

On Monday, Dr. Armen Sarkissian was sworn in and took the oath of office as President of Armenia, during a special session of the Armenian Parliament.
