On June 2, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received the delegation of the Armenian Missionary Association of America, which was composed of Executive Director Zaven Khanjian, Armenia’s representative Harutyun Nersisyan and Head of the Department of Media and Publications Andranik Mardoyan.

Minister Hranush Hakobyan greeted the guests, appreciated the pro-Armenian activities of the Armenian Missionary Association and mentioned the appreciable activities that have been carried out over the past few years.

During the meeting, the sides touched upon the current issues facing the Armenian people, including the struggle for Artsakh and the issues facing Syrian-Armenians, as well as discussed and indicated the future actions.

Zaven Khanjian expressed gratitude for the reception and stressed that “the Armenian Missionary Association, within the framework of programs for support to Syrian-Armenians and with the motto “Armenia is the only one”, has declared that it supports Syrian-Armenians wishing to visit Armenia.”
