Praying for Safety

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19), a pandemic causing major illness, fatality, closings of schools, work and events, creates fear and panic around the world, we pray for your safety, the safety of our missions, mission partners, institutions all over the globe, and safety of the thousands who are impacted by the AMAA every day. A song in Psalm 131 reminds us to be calm and quiet our soul for God is in control even in difficult situations.
I Have Calmed and Quieted My Soul
A Song of Ascents. Of David.
O Lord, my heart is not lifted up;
my eyes are not raised too high;
I do not occupy myself with things
too great and too marvelous for me.
But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child is my soul within me.
-Psalm 131
