The Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA) and the Armenian Presbyterian Church (APC) in Paramus are planning to co-host a virtual bookstudy on a New York Times bestselling book, Boundaries: When to Say Yes, How to Say No to Take Control of Your Life written by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend!

Have you ever felt obligated to say yes to everyone’s requests so you don’t let them down?
Have you ever wondered :

• What if someone is upset or hurt by my boundaries?
• Why do I feel guilty or afraid when I consider setting boundaries?

WHERE & WHEN:
Thursdays, 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM (EST)
Zoom every other week starting Thursday, February 3, 2022

WHO:
Led by Christine Kutlu of AMAA and Aram Bashian of APC, Paramus, NJ
Open to anyone in between the ages of 18-38.

BOOK PURCHASE:
It is recommended to purchase the book, Boundaries by February 3rd.
